1. General Terms

2.  Rental Agreement

Owner: R&K Automotive Ltd.
Renter: The individual(s) named in the rental agreement.
Vehicle Information: Details regarding the vehicle model, registration number, and hire period will be provided in the rental agreement.
Hire Period: The period from the Date & Time of Delivery to the Date & Time of Collection.

3. Insurance and Liability
Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.): The renter agrees to pay an excess fee in the event of damage to the vehicle, as specified in the rental agreement. The renter is responsible for the excess amount in case of damage to the vehicle during the hire period.
Exclusions from Insurance:

1. • Insurance does not cover damage to tires.
   • No passenger liability is included for the vehicle.

4. Conditions of Use

• • Off-Road Driving (Clause 1a): The vehicle must not be driven on off-road surfaces (such as dirt tracks, Akamas region, Adonis Bath, etc.). Failure to comply will result in the loss of the deposit/excess.
  • Driving in Occupied Northern Cyprus (Clause 1b): Vehicles from R&K Automotive Ltd. are not permitted to be driven in the occupied northern side of Cyprus. Breach of this condition will result in the immediate termination of the vehicle’s insurance, and the renter will be fully liable for any damages or losses. The rental contract will also be terminated, and the vehicle will be repossessed without any refund for remaining hire days.

5. Rental Charges and Payment
Total Charges: The rental charges, VAT, and any additional fees will be specified in the rental agreement.
Payment Terms:

• • • Payment must be made in full online at the time of booking. No down payment is required.
      Other Charges: Additional charges may apply for extended or shortened hire periods if not communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

6. Fuel Policy
Fuel at Pickup: The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel.
Fuel at Return: The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Any shortfall will result in additional charges.
No Refund for Unused Fuel: No refunds will be provided for any unused fuel left in the vehicle upon return.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Fee: A fee of 50% of the rental amount will be charged for cancellations.
No Refund for Early Returns: The renter will not receive a refund for any unused rental days if the vehicle is returned early.

8. Accident and Emergency Procedures
In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately notify both the R&K Automotive Ltd. office and the nearest police station. Failure to do so may result in the renter being fully liable for any damages incurred.

9. Additional Drivers
Any additional drivers must be named and included in the rental agreement. They must also provide a valid driving license. Failure to notify the company of additional drivers may void the insurance policy.

10. Signature and Acknowledgment
By signing the rental agreement, the renter agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein, which form a binding contract between the renter and R&K Automotive Ltd.
